      Acceded: 1532, immediately began to sell his patrimony.
      Never summoned to Parliament.
      Heavily in debt, lost Dudley Castle to John Dudley, Duke of Northumberland.
      The Duke used the usurers to work such a debacle upon his kinsman.
      Afterward, reduced to living on the charity of friends whom he visited.
      Thus the nickname "Lord Quondam" or "has been".
