      "64 Watling Street, London E C 4, Sept 2nd 1925
      I LIEUT COLONEL CHARLES JAMES FOX of the London Salvage Corps of the above address hereby will and bequeath everything of which I die possessed absolutely to Miss GERTRUDE ELBOURNE of 64 Watling Street E C 4 for her sole use and benefit she knows my wishes and I appoint her sole executrix - C J FOX"

      On 11 December 1930 administration of his estate was granted to his sole executrix, namely Miss Gertrude Elbourne of 67 Marloes Road, Kensington.
