    • 1. Christopher lived on land given him by his father just east of his father's homestead. First internments on his land was his first wife, Mary, in 1744 and then his second wife, Prudence. His father was then buried there in 1771. The headstones were imported from England. The burying grounds are enclosed by heavy stone wall.
